Richard Tanner, Principal and Founder of Tanner Environmental Services, has spent more than 15 years conducting biological research and managing projects focused on sensitive, threatened and endangered species. 

Much of his recent work has focused on the Spotted Owl in the mountain ranges of southern California for the US Forest Service and other private interests.  In addition, Mr. Tanner has managed construction monitoring projects for impacts to threatened and endangered species and has an extensive background assessing potential impacts to sensitive flora and fauna across southern California.
